FAQ

  • All tarot readings start with a small discussion of your inquiry; what you hope to get out of the reading, and any messages or images I channeled about you prior to our session. We’ll go in-depth about what we see in the cards, and go over any follow-up questions that may clarify the reading.

    At the end every session, I will always send you a photo of your tarot spread; this is so that you can reflect on what we pulled afterwards. An optional link to review your reading will also accompany your photo. :)

  • The charge for each reading is a flat rate, meaning that should we go five or ten minutes over, you won’t be expected to pay anything more than the listed price. In the rare occasion that we finish early or have a few minutes of extra time, we can go over any last questions you have about the reading, or I’ll pluck an extra oracle card or charm for you. :)

    I currently take payments through PAYPAL for online readings. If you would like an in person reading (cash payment), please email me at i.roseheart@protonmail.com to set up an appointment.

  • If you’d like another reading about a topic we didn’t discuss in your most recent session, please feel free to book another reading any time. If, however, you’d like to ask again about the same topic, please wait a minimum of three months before you make a follow-up inquiry. This so that you give yourself time to allow what we’ve seen in the cards play out.

  • A 24-hour minimum notice of cancellation is required; to avoid a non-refundable charge, please email me at i.roseheart@protonmail.com. Thank you!

  • Whenever you book a tarot session, you are paying for time, experience, background knowledge in astrology/numerology, and divination tools. You are also paying for the psychic channeling devoted to every reading. Based on these criteria, and for these reasons, I do not offer refunds following your reading. Thank you for understanding.
